In accordance with data protection legislation, and any other relevant and currently applicable legislation, the user is informed that any personal data that may have been provided to IRONLOCK will be processed for business purposes.
Customer data

In the event that you have provided your data as an individual customer, IRONLOCK will use them exclusively for the management and fulfilment of the contractual relationship, including the protection and provision of video surveillance and alarm services. In addition, they will be used for sending communications related to the service, such as reports. The data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless it is necessary to comply with contractual or legal obligations.
The data provided will be retained for as long as the contractual relationship is maintained or for as long as necessary to comply with the legal obligations arising from it. The legitimate basis is the fulfilment of the contractual relationship.
- Clients legal entity
If you have provided data as a representative of a customer company, IRONLOCK will use this data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual relationship and sending reporting communications. The data will not be passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary to fulfil legal or contractual obligations.
The data provided will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship or as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations. The legitimate basis is the fulfilment of the contractual relationship.
Data relating to suppliers
If you have provided your data as a contact person of a supplier or as an individual entrepreneur, IRONLOCK will use this data exclusively for the purpose of processing and maintaining the contractual relationship. The data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary to fulfil the contractual relationship or legal obligations.
The data provided will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship or for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations. The legitimate basis is the fulfilment of the contractual relationship.
Data relating to candidates
In the event that you have provided your data to IRONLOCK as a potential candidate to form part of the same, we inform you that IRONLOCK will use the data exclusively to manage your application for any vacancies that may exist and will not pass them on to third parties, except to the companies of the Group, in the event that the application fits any vacancy. The data provided will be kept for a maximum period of 5 years. The legitimising basis is the consent provided by the candidate when sending his/her CV, either by him/herself or through third party companies or head-hunters.
Rights of data subjects
As the data subject, you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we are processing your personal data. In particular, you have the following rights, which you may exercise at any time:

Accuracy of data and updating
IRONLOCK presumes that the personal data provided through the different channels and media are truthful, that they are provided directly by the owner, that the owner is who he/she claims to be, that the data are up to date, that the affected/interested party will communicate any modification of his/her data as soon as it occurs.
Duty of secrecy
The persons involved in the processing of data concerning natural persons and accessing, directly or indirectly, the files, shall at all times observe secrecy with regard to the personal data that they become aware of in the course of the activity. The Duty of Secrecy constitutes an obligation for IRONLOCK, the members of the management bodies and management, persons employed under labour law, professionals providing services contracted under commercial law. It is also an obligation for suppliers of goods and services and their employees, Processors and their employees, subcontractors of the Processor and their employees. The obligation of secrecy survives after the termination of the employment or commercial relationship established with IRONLOCK, the Data Controller, as well as after the expiry of the employment contracts, commercial contracts, etc., that bind employees and/or professionals with the Data Processor and suppliers who supply goods or provide services to IRONLOCK.
Recommendation of websites/pages
IRONLOCK, when recommending or linking to websites/pages, considers them to be of interest to the user. IRONLOCK has no obligation to monitor the sites/websites that it links to or recommends. They have been created by legal entities, natural persons or non-personal entities outside of IRONLOCK. IRONLOCK does not intervene in their management, finance them, decide on the contents incorporated, nor does it manage or participate in the services provided by the linked or recommended websites/pages. IRONLOCK will cancel any link and refrain from recommending the site/web page when it has reliable evidence that it and/or the services it provides are unlawful or injure the property or rights of third parties liable for compensation.

IRONLOCK has implemented in its work centres, premises, systems, communications infrastructures, etc., the security measures required by the Personal Data Protection regulations. It has also adopted the logical, physical, organisational, contractual, etc. measures that prevent unauthorised access by third parties to the data, its destruction, modification, reproduction, disclosure, transmission or reuse.
Validity and modification of the privacy policy
The Privacy Policy established by IRONLOCK is in force from the date of its publication on the relevant website; the user may archive and/or reproduce it. IRONLOCK is entitled to modify its Privacy Policy by informing the user.
